I thought it was a loose cable harness inside the A-pillar, but determined that it is a gasket issue at the top half to top third of the door gasket as it reaches the curve of the window. When I hear the noise and place two or three fingers of my left hand onto the edge of the gasket, the noise goes away.

At 75, it is loud enough to to require greater volume in music or talking. The seam on the edge as pictured in other posts is the issue. You can feel the edge with your hand. Filling the crack or covering with electrical tape will fix it.
