WebI have tried C# save, emguCV save, and emguCV imwrite. From all my searching I've come across people saying GDI+ can't handle 16bit. emguCV can't save as 16 bit either. OpenCV imwrite might be able from the documentation but I am writing in C# so I don't know how to test that. Matlab can save the result in 16 bit, but Matlab is awesome like that.
