It’s a new week and we have a new meal plan and new workouts. I’m bummed that there isn’t any fruit on the list this week. That’s what saved me week 2 from sweet cravings. I lost 2.7lbs this week and I took pictures but the changes aren’t visible. I can definitely tell my body is changing.
