Improve this listing WebWe have booked to return to the Cheyenne again this August - the rooms are being refurbished, so the new rooms are nice and new / fresh, plus our Daughters love the fun theming. Sequoia Lodge is slightly nearer to the parks and I believe it also has a pool, if that is something you are interested in, along with the setting.

For the $100 more, see if you can get a golden forest club room, that's definitely worth it! We stayed at club level in both hotels and love the breakfast (even when it was still included, it's much more relaxed at club level) and the afternoon snacks. Remember that the Disneyland Hotel is closed for what will probably be a multi-year refurbishment and retheming, so all available hotels near the parks are scheduled to reopen in 2024.
