WebOct 11, 2012 · The left low beam headlight is out. I replaced still does not come on. I tried to trouble shooted so I took out the light bulb from the right and placed on the left and still did not work . I replaced the new bulb with ballast on the right side and it does work. My dilema is what it could be wrong.
